Terms and Conditions Shutt is recognized through customer loyalty and the highest levels in customer satisfaction. We continuously work to make sure that each purchase results in a customer for life! In keeping with our valued ideology, we are pleased to offer our customers SHUTT Limited Lifetime Warranty Program. For our retail SHUTT products purchased on or after March 10, 2008, SHUTT will provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty of each retail product that the product will not suffer, in material or workmanship, from any defect that adversely affects the performance of the product, for long as the ORIGINAL PURCHASER RETAINS OWNERSHIP OF THE VEHICLE WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS INSTALLED. This limited lifetime warranty is valid based upon the following conditions: - All SHUTT Products purchased ON or AFTER March 10, 2008 - Registered within 30 days from ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE at www.shutauto.com/support. (All products not registered within 30 days will ONLY receive a 1 (one) year limited warranty.) - After that, a Registration Number will be provided. - FAX or e-mail the purchased products INVOICE / RECEIPT with the Registration Number cleared marked to (786) 245-2672 or registration@shuttauto.com. - The installation must be performed by an installer in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures. - This warranty is valid only to U.S.A. and Canadian customers. Exclusions from this warranty: - Damage due to improper installation, damage during modification of any kind, misuse, abuse or negligence. - Leather damage caused by Uric acid originated by excessive hands sweating, solvents or similar products, waxes or silicone formulas - Scratches on surfaces caused by sharp and abrasive objects such as but not limited to rings, bolts and screws. To return a product: - Product returned to SHUTT must be pre-authorized by SHUTT with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number marked on the outside of the package and sent prepaid, insured and packaged for safe shipment. SHUTT will return this product by prepaid ground shipment service. To obtain a RMA number call Toll free (888) SHUTT-AUTO or www.shuttauto/support - SHUTT shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any product covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty within thirty days of receipt. In the event repair or replacement shall require more than thirty days, SHUTT shall notify the customer accordingly. SHUTT reserves the right to replace any product which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function. Disclaimer: SHUTT hereby disclaims liability for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from any defect, in any product. SHUTT also disclaims any damages caused by outside forces other than product defect or abnormality. SHUTT excludes and disclaims any and all other expressed and implied warranties, except during the applicable warranty periods set forth above, also excludes and disclaims any and all implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This product is to be used in compliance with all applicable State or Provincial laws. Installation of this product in a manner that violates state law or provincial law is a misuse the product and voids all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. SHUTT shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for damages related to use of this product an illegal manner.
